Easy to fit and good quality replacement. Good value too.

I ordered this product to replace an existing freezer drawer that had cracked at the back. The new drawer came the next day, a very speedy delivery. However, I could hear an ominous rattling sound inside the cardboard box and, yes, it was broken. No problem for the excellent Ransom Spares, I emailed a photograph of the broken item and by return I had an email telling me that a new drawer would be sent out that day; this new drawer arrived the next day in perfect condition. I have used Ransom Spares several times in the past and their Customer Service is second-to-none - highly recommended.

I bought this to replace a drawer from my Zanussi built in fridge freezer no ZBB27450SA. I cracked the third of the four freezer drawers badly, so sent for this to replace it. The drawer would not fit the third shelf due to a lip on the edge. But I swapped the second the third drawers around and that worked very well with no problem. I would recommend trying that for anyone with the same problem and now I have my freezer fully functioning again. Thanks for very quick service as well.

Great service but parts so expensive! Cannot understand why two.bits of plastic can be worth £80
