Right Part but too late!
Asked customer service to confirm the part I needed was correct, which took three attempts before I got a reply. A delay in ordering but then not too problematic. Once it had been actioned, Ransom provided a link and product description so really made it easy. However, after taking payment it took several checks on my delivery details to determine where it was(just stated part awaiting dispatch but no further information), followed a few E-Mails from Ransom apologising for the delay. Finally received the item over a month after payment. As a result, I didn't charge my customer so out of pocket. Not great.

I ordered this item along with another on 14th of august. The other item was out of stock until 29th September . 29th September came and went and no sign of goods. I chased and the other item still out of stock so I asked why this item hasn’t been sent. It has now been received and I am still waiting for the other item
