Really pleased. So often things are not as they seem, but this was exactly what it should be. It was the bottle shelf for my Bosch Fridge and it was a genuine Bosch part. It was perfect in every way and was almost half the price I saw it for elsewhere. The pictures on the website left me unconvinced I was getting the genuine article, I shouldn't have worried. Package was good and no problem with delivery.
