This item took a little longer to arrive than my first order, due to Ransom Spares waiting for it to be delivered from their suppliers. However, when I contacted Ransom Spares (email), this is where Ransom Spares really came into their own. Their email reply was swift, notifying me that a ticket had been generated, and someone would be contacting me within 24 hours. Obviously this was a generated response, but the email which arrived moments later was not and top marks to the customer care team for taking responsibility for the issue and giving me a clear and well detailed explanation about why I hadn't received it and also an acceptable timescale in which I would. Today, the Salad Drawer arrived and is a Perfect Replacement for the one which had broken. Full Marks for Price, Quality and Customer service. I will have no hesitation in using this online firm again and recommending them to anyone who reads this review.
