LED lights produce light when an electric current passes through them. These lights are energy-efficient and provide bright illumination inside the refrigerator, allowing for better visibility of stored items.
Excessive heat buildup degrades the LED components and reduces their lifespan. Power surges or electrical fluctuations negatively impact the LEDs and lead to their malfunction or failure.
Physical damage like impact or moisture exposure can also damage the LED lights and affect their functionality.
These LED lights are a genuine Bosch fridge and freezer spare part. It also fits Balay, Constructa, Siemens, and Viva fridges and freezers. Use our compatibility checker to see if this part fits your model.
I replaced my bosch fridge light with no issues and easy to fit. I didn't need to call anybody and I could fit it myself. I looked at a video which explained how to remove the light and how to fit the new one on youtube.
Removing the original light panel was bit tricky but fitting the new replacement is straight forward, Just need to take care and slot it in with the LED connector.
REPLACEMENT LED Bosch Fridge Light The web site was excellent at identifying the right product, in this case LED Fridge Light. It fitted perfectly. Very useful to look at YouTube to see how to remove the failed LED light in the fridge ( use an old credit card to ease the old one out) I will certainly use this supplier again for spares for appliances
Can this part be fitted by myself without a technician.
