I went on the web site to look for a part for my fridge freezer. I noticed the part and was given a product code. I ordered the part and paid for it. On receiving the item (the box which it was sent in was damaged). I checked the item but found that the drawer sent was the middle one and not the top drawer. I contacted you and was told to return it. This was done and my son has now ordered the right part which I am still waiting for. I have not had any word from you about receiving the return or if the money has been refunded. I would be grateful if you could let me know what is happening about this order.
