Even though I originally ordered the wrong drawer, ( doh! ) Ransom was prepared to let me swap for the correct ( bottom ) drawer. Return and reorder all done in a matter of days. Great service. Top tip: when you remove the blue handle from the old drawer, use plenty of boiling water to help it expand slightly, the removal and refitting is much easier. Really happy with customer care from Ransom, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing well-priced spares in a hurry.

Great service with super fast delivery in secure packaging. It needs a handle and defrost drain fitting. Removing the handle of the old cracked drawer was a struggle which meant breaking the old drawer up to release it - tools required. Clipping it onto the new drawer was straight forward. Removing and fitting the old defrost drain was easier.
