Second time purchasing this due to general wear and tear. Had the fridge for 8 years and can’t complain. It has a lot of use hence the replacement, my only wish is that the handle would be made of stronger material so less likely to fracture again! Handle doesn’t come with screws so make sure you retain the original ones! Overall I’m glad area some Spares is here providing the part. Customer service is excellent, great support and communication to ensure I ordered the right part.

OK, so I've had a BEKO fridge from new in 2018. This is the second replacement handle I have purchased. The part is well made, very easy to replace, and Ransom's price was very competitive (hence the good value rating), but spare parts are just a hideously expensive ripoff (by the manufacturer), whoever supplies them. The problem with this part, and the reason I have changed it twice now, is because it is badly designed. The handle bar is offset relative to the fixings so every time you pull on the handle, you are exerting a sideways force on the fixings. The fixing screws also go straight through the middles of the handle attachment points which creates a mechanical weak spot. After approximately 2 years of normal daily use the handle shears off along the line of the fixing screws. Both previous handles failed in exactly the same way. The cost to replace means I only have to have a few more handles fail before it's cheaper to replace the fridge. That said, I will be buying any future spares from Ransom ... it's not their fault that the BEKO handle is a dud!
