I have a built in Hotpoint fridge freezer. The fridge will not hold its temperature. Water collects under the salad boxes. I have greased the fseal with Vaseline with moderate success. Does this confirm it is a seal problem ? The label inside does not give the model no. Aged 87 I am not able to drag the unit out of the housing. The seal looks like RS 143869. It measures Width 502: length 707 Can you help please ? Also with instructions on how to fit any replacement Thank you
