Great value item easily accessible and very easy to remove the defective one and replace the new one. The difficult part is extracting the machine from under the worksurface. The postal charge is a bit strange as Redruth is supposedly 'NON-UK MAINLAND' so the higher charge is levied as that of next day delivery, but parts did not arrive next day. From ordering late Tues night to delivery Fri morning was fast enough for me so other that the strange reason for the high postage charge every thing is great about this company.

The part I ordered was identical to the faulty valve I removed and so fit perfectly. Dishwasher now up and running again.

Very easy switch out from machine, four screws and one hose clamp, five minute job. Part delivered swiftly from order, my one issue is with the packaging on delivery, the part fit's in your hand but was delivered in box you could have got a case of wine in.. box was full of protective packaging but the part was sitting lose in the bottom with no protection.?? Just seams a senseless waste. Overall will use company again for parts.

Replacement part was exactly what was required. No major technical knowledge to fit, just a screwdriver and pliers. Very happy with postage time to be delivered to Ireland. Now have a perfectly working Electrolux dishwasher for less than a few pints. Happy days. Will definatly use again.
