Ransome Spares are always helpful and part arrived within a few days. Expensive for what it is as it's an OE part but there doesn't seem to be a compatible product available which is a shame, but still substantially cheaper than a new dishwasher! Still waiting for himself to fit the part to the dishwasher so can't comment on ease of fitting but website wouldn't let me leave that incomplete so just had to go down the middle.

Had to purchase this unit to repair a small fault with the rinse aid latch found it very easy to replace no new wiring required took ten minutes 12 screws only and three wires.Working well at this time supply and customer service to my satisfaction.

I would just like to state that this particular item was a great product and it was easy to fit, I did not need the adhock wiring that was included juist a straight swop. For me I will most certainly use Ransom Spares again. Thank you

The detergent dispenser arrived in good time and was well packaged. The installation took about 30 mins but needed a ratchet screwdriver as space is limited and watch out for the sharp panel edges. It cuts into wrists. All worked first time so pleased with purchase.

Excellent service, the part arrived the next day tracking the order from dispatch to delivery and a call from the delivery driver to give a time of arrival which was spot on, well packaged with instructions for instillation if required, the item was easy to install, highly recommend Ransom Spares, would definitely use this company again
