This is a genuine dishwasher bottom spray arm. Made with thick grey plastic.

It rotates to cover the entire lower rack with water. Every dish is cleaned equally during the wash cycle. It’s the high pressure water delivery from the spray arm that helps remove food remains without pre-rinsing.

Continuous use, exposure to high temperatures, and hard water mineral deposits cause the spray arm to be damaged. These include clogging of the spray nozzles, cracking or breaking of the arm, or reduced rotation due to worn-out bearings or seals.
