This is a genuine dishwasher inlet hose made of flexible plastic to withstand water pressure and movement.
Inlet hoses are the ones supplying water to dishwashers. Has one end for the water supply and another for the inlet valve. The anti-flood feature of the hose is good for leak-free water flow.
If you notice water pooling around your dishwasher or dripping from the hose connection, that’s a clear sign something is wrong. Check for loose connections or damage in the hose itself and replace it with this part.
This anti-flood inlet hose is from Hotpoint. Also fits Ariston, Bauknecht, Indesit, Kitchenaid, Scholtes, and Whirlpool dishwashers.

Easy Fix
I used this hose to replace the original which I'd damaged the thread on from overtightening. Getting the covers off the Hotpoint dishwasher was a struggle with some of the clips, but the part fitted perfectly and has given me a leak free cheap fix.
