Bit tricky but saved me call-out charge!
Needed to replace door lock mechanism as crucial bit was plastic and decided to break after only a couple of years. Found replacement on your website easily enough. Bit tricky to fit - lock seems to have been dispatched already in 'locked' position - but I managed to fit it ok. Not bad for a lady OAP! Saved myself big time on call-out charges! Would definitely use this company again.

Original catch on dishwasher failed after only 4 years, hence only 2 stars for quality. However, replacing it was easy and the new catch is far more positive in operation. Price and service from Ransoms was definitely 5 star!
