10 out of 10 to Ransom !!! I'd searched around and phoned 2 other suppliers and been told I'd have to wait for 3 to 6 months for them to receive a new supply. Can you imagine the frustration? These wheels come off every time I pull out the top drawer!! Ransom had them in stock (it said so on the website, although I was sceptical about that) and they e-mailed me the following day to say the parts were in the post, and they arrived within 3 days of placing the order. Hey.... My dishwasher is my best friend again, but a word of warning - be prepared for your machine to be the most awkward model to fix....

Ideal parts, work as good as new, although a pain to fit, having to take the side panels off, but it wasn't as hard as I think it would be, and once done very happy

Parts were exactly right. Pity we had to remove the outer casing of the machine to fit them, but that is the manufacturer's fault. Really good service from Ransoms; delivery was pretty fast, and free because I "liked" Ransoms on facebook. Thanks again.
