Good product and good value.
Although I was a little upset that I could not order and pay for the product at the warehouse, i have to complement the staff member for his help. The product was found and ordered on line, i did pick up the product at the warehouse. I was served by the original member of staff at the warehouse. I was very pleased with the staff member. His service and professionalism was the best. I will return to the Yeovil warehouse for any parts required. Great staff makes the company great. Thank you.

Item arrived the bag had been opened and the white fixing ring was missing. I emailed Ransom explaining the issue. They emailed me informing that an RMA had been raised, also received several emails requesting further info. I was very impressed that they took the time to look into this ensuring I had ordered the correct part. A new part was sent out quickly and took a moment to fit. This is how customer service should be done.

Ordered this together with a replacement spray arm. They appear to be genuine Electrolux parts and have solved the problem I had with my ageing dishwasher. I've used Ransom before and since and found them to be very efficient.
