| Code | Brand | What it means | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| F8 | AEG | Means a heating fault, where the water is not reaching the required temperature in time. It is usually caused by a failure in the heating element, the NTC temperature sensor, or the control board. | High |
| E3 | Electrolux | Means the unit is taking too long to heat the water or is not heating at all. It is usually caused by a faulty heating element, a malfunctioning thermistor, or a wiring issue between the heating element and the main control board. | High |
| L1 | Electrolux | Means the rinse aid level is low, or on some models the water is not heating, or the door is not securely latched. It is usually caused by a low rinse aid level, a faulty heating element or thermostat, or an unlatched door. | Medium |

General fitting guidance. The exact steps can vary slightly with the make and model of your dishwasher.
Safety: Switch off and unplug at the mains before you start.
Genuine dishwasher heater and O-ring gasket seal to efficiently heat water and have secured seal when washing up. Able to withstand the high temperatures and water pressures while inside the dishwasher.
The heater warms the water in the dishwasher so it stays at the right temperature when it starts to clean your dishes. You have the O-ring seal so it’s leakproof between the heater and the dishwasher's plumbing.
When you replace the old heater, the O-ring seal might be worn out. So this set comes with a new O-ring seal.
This heater and O-ring seal is from Electrolux dishwashers but also fits other dishwasher brands like EG, Arthur Martin, Atag, Dishlex And Dishlex, Elektro Helios, Faure, Fors, Husqvarna, Husqvarna Electrolux, Ikea, John Lewis, Juno, Kuppersbusch, Leonard, Neue, Pelgrim, Progress, Rosenlew, Schulthess, Smeg, Zanker, Zanussi, and Zoppas.

Takes a bit of time to fit but the identical part and the dishwasher now heating water as it should
Perfect fit and easy to put on. Worth taking a photo of the old one in place, just to be sure...
As stated great part, encountered problems not the fault of Ransom, just because the situation was difficult to assess. Good idea for the future and I know it would be a big job, but a how to section would put you so far ahead
Fast delivery and the part matched perfectly. Its been fitted almost two weeks without any issues. It resolved the lack of hot water during the wash cycle. I rubber elements were a little less rubbery than the original but it didn't cause me any concern.
