Bosch Dishwasher Pump Sump Seal Repair Set12026667

Hello, I have an exxcel 6.5L and the sump is leaking around the black seal. Is this product suitable for SMS65E12GB32? I also have an other issue where the water isn't being heated. I've tested the heating element and that's fine with around 19ohms. Are there any other components that could malfunction and cause this issue ie thermistor? Where is this located on the machine as it seems to be built into the sump assembly unit so I can't access it easily to test? Thank you for your prompt reply.
