This was my first order with Ransom Spares. Until now I have used other sites for spare parts but on this occasion they could not fulfil my order after waiting for over a month! So I looked else where and found Ransom Spares. The part was easy to find and ordering was simple. It was also 33% cheaper than rival sites. The spare arrived 3 days later and was exactly what I needed. It took 15 minutes to replace the switch and worked first time. I will definitely be coming back to Ransom Spares for my future spares needs.

The starter switch failed on my Bosch dishwasher and with some electrical knowledge I was able to safely and easily remove it to identify the part number. I carried out an internet search for a spare and ordered from Ransom. I was extremely happy to receive the spare within three days. Fitting was easy and my dishwasher is now back in service at a cost of less than £20. How much would it have cost to call out a service engineer? and where but the internet could I have found such a spare?
