Good product and very easy to fit. It comes with two racks which are identical so we only fitted the one which was needed and have another spare. It does seem more sturdy than the original rack as others have reported. Seems to be working as intended. Delivery time was as expected and product was packed well. Am already considering ordering other replacement items for my other appliances

Hi, what is the gap between prongs please? My dishwasher has 2.5cm gaps on the fixed rack and 2cm on the inserts. 2cm is too small for my plates so looking to replace.

How does this fit into the rack - do I also need to buy a clip, or does it come with one? (I have a second hand dishwasher which has only of these inserts already)
