Fast delivery. Neff dishwasher Error 19. As noted on one of the YouTube videos the part is actually slightly larger than the original which makes it tricky to fit. I resolved by shaving back some of the dishwasher chassis plastic that was getting in the way. All up and running again now :-)

Excellent product but awkward to fit

Competitive pricing by Ransom Spares and their service was very prompt. However, thanks to strikes at the Post Office, this part took 10 days to arrive. Not particularly easy to fit because of difficulty in getting to location in machine. Worth looking at YouTube videos to see how it's done; machine now working perfectly.

Siemens return valve

Dishwasher failed and less than 24 hours later back up and running after getting part delivered as promised. dud party harder to get out than to refit, but no probs. great service, great value and saved me a fortune on call out, diagnostics and repair.
