This is a genuine dishwasher float replacement part.
It’s at the bottom of your dishwasher and helps control how much water enters during a cycle. When the water level rises, the float lifts and signals the dishwasher to stop filling—preventing overflows and keeping everything running smoothly.
If your dishwasher is overfilling or not filling at all, a stuck or damaged float could be the reason. Swap it out with this replacement part to help restore proper water control.
This float for your dishwasher is from Bosch. You can also check other suitable brands from the list above.

The new dishwasher float arrived within a week or so of ordering. Delivery was perhaps a little slower than normal due to the Christmas post but I appreciated the emails from Ransom Spares, which kept me informed of the progress.
...and fitted perfectly. This was half the price other companies wanted, so very happy with my purchase.
Our Bosch Dishwasher had been in storage for 3 years and following a recent re-installation was giving E15 error when switched on. All the guides tell you that you have water in the base of the dishwasher, thereby forcing the float upwards to trigger the flood prevention safety switch. Not so in our case as it had not been used for 3 years. After pulling the bottom covers off to inspect the old float I found less than half a float and a big wodge of fluff and hair where a rodent had been eating polystyrene and building a nest in the float tray that had jammed the tray and triggered the safety switch! To temporarily overcome this issue, knowing that there would be in reality a minimal risk of flooding the kitchen in the event of a leak, I disconnected the switch from its mounting and left it hanging loose. Upon receipt the new float being a generic part that suits a multitude of Dishwashers needed its centre switch activation spigot basically trimmed completely away to suit the Bosch. A simple process being polystyrene, all that was required was a Stanley Knife and a steady hand. Easy to locate in its tray, covers back on in a matter of minutes and hey presto! an essential safety feature was back in business to protect the kitchen floor from flooding in the event of a leak in the bottom of the machine.
