Exact replacement, took a while to fit
An exact replacement that once fitted solved the problem - was a little tricky to fit as had to put dishwasher on it's side to access screws to replace and remove the base of the dishwasher - it helped having an extra pair of hands to assist!

How do remove the old tensioner, seems to be held in by the door support bracket??

Hi Roy, you'll need to take off the side panels to access the spring and tensioner section. I'd recommend checking Youtube to see if you can find a video guide to help. Alternatively, try an engineer or the manufacturer's directly.
