Great replacement
This item wasn't identical to the door lock mechanism I swapped it out for (Siemens dishwasher door lock) but it has installed without any adaption being necessary and works well. Bit pricey but a heck of a lot cheaper than a new dishwasher.

A seemingly exact copy of the original part, and fairly easy to fit.
This part was delivered very quickly and seemed exactly the same part as fitted on my Siemans Dishwasher. The only slight hiccup was that the orange plastic mechanism fitted on the original part (I think this is the child lock mechanism) was not present on the replacement part. However, this was easily removed from the original part and fitted to the new part.

Easy to fit
I’m not a professional but this part was easy to fit. Without it I would have had to buy a new dishwasher when lockdown was over so it saved me about £400 and a lot of hand washing up. Delivery was a bit longer because of Covid but that was expected. Will definitely use Ransom again if I have to.

Excellent product, easy to install.
Product was at my doorstep within a couple of days and my dishwasher is functioning like new again. I contemplated purchasing a new dishwasher--glad I tried RansomSpares first! My savings were in the hundreds of dollars. I know because I once called a Siemen's service person out to exchange a part and the labor was far more than the part! Thanks for being availble during tough economical times!

This door lock was not easy to find as the dishwasher is nine years old, I came across ransom spares and they sorted me out with what i wanted. Service was very good and deliverd with in days EXCELLENT !!!
