The product purchased performed as expected, was easy to fit and as a result saved me money. The service was even better. When I enquired about my order the customer support team responded promptly and informed me that they had not received an ETA for the part from the supplier. I then received an update stating they were still waiting and I could receive a refund if required. I decided to wait, but while waiting requested the part number to they and an alternative supplier. Ransomspares kindly supplied the number. Fortunately the part was delivered before I ordered another part. Great customer service.

Will these fit a SN65M031GB/18 (it says they fit the GB/24 version and they look the same). It also looks the same as the rope and spring set for the SN65M031GB/18 but I dont need the springs
