Good Value product
Came with new jubilee clip. Fitting it is not easy in a NEFF integrated dish washer. The difficulty is removing the control box cover to gain access. Being running well since.

Very pleased with product. Speedy service
This was my first purchase from Ransom Spares. Brilliant service! I requested express delivery and the part arrived within 24 hours of order being placed. Part fitted perfectly and so far has not missed a beat. Actual fitting is not for the faint-hearted, requiring disconnection and removal of dishwasher from under worktop, then some disassembly to access the heater/pump unit. Once at this point, actual replacement was straightforward with no specialist tools required. Based on this experience, I would be happy to recommend Ransom Spares and would have no hesitation using them again.

after fitting the new water heat pump i bought from you error code 11 display. any suggestions?

Hi Nimal, Bosch state the error code E11 is most likely related to the temperature sensor, as E9 is a fault with the heating element. However, I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they are able to diagnose the fault properly.
