General fitting guidance. The exact steps can vary slightly with the make and model of your dishwasher.
Safety: Switch off and unplug at the mains before you start.
The dishwasher door or compartment is sealed with a heat-resistant rubber or silicone door seal. When the door is closed, the seal creates a tight barrier that keeps the dishwasher’s insulation intact and prevents heat and water loss.
Watch for obvious signs of deterioration such as fractures, rips, or fraying. It can be an indication that the seal is damaged if you see water escaping from the dishwasher door or variations in temperature during the washing up. A poor seal may cause overheating or uneven heat.
This dishwasher door seal is a genuine Beko dishwasher part. It also fits Altus, Arcelik, Belling, Blomberg, Bru, Defy, Diplomat, Elektra Bregenz, Flavel, Grundig, Howden, Lamona, Leisure, Maytag, Proline, and Technika dishwashers. Use our compatibility checker to see if this part fits your model.
The part was exactly what we had paid for, it was easy to fit and does the job Last time we ordered another deal, it was received within just a couple of days, but this time it took several weeks to arrive. I was told this was because the part wasn't in stock, I accept this, but it would have been better if if been told this was the case when I ordered it.
Excellent part genuine. Easy fitting and fixed my dishwasher.
The bottom door seal seemed a bit smaller than the original and we were sceptical as to whether it would be adequate, but one got the main door seal on the right way round it didn’t leak any more!
Fast delivery and perfect match for old part. Easy fitted (small lip faces in towards inside of dishwasher).
Takes only a few minutes. No need to dismantle anything. Remove old seal by pulling it out. Neds a good pull. Clean area thoroughly and press new seal in fits easily. Leak gone.
What's the length of the seal in cm?
Hi, this seal is 555mm.
is this the seal that goes all the way around the door? or just the one that goes along the bottom?
Hi Chris, this is just the seal for the bottom edge of the door.
