This is a high-quality dishwasher drain pump. Powered at 25W.
The drain pump removes the wastewater from the dishwasher after every wash cycle. It activates automatically during the draining phase to pump out wastewater.
The wastewater is then released to the plumbing system through the pump and the drain hose so only clean water enters the dishwasher and thoroughly washes the dishes.
This pump can wear down over time, especially with continuous use. Mechanical breakdowns and erosion become more likely as it gets older. Change it with this replacement part.

Good replacement part
Good fit, easy to replace and it works. No idea on longevity yet but no reason to doubt; cheaper than the competition on this dishwasher drain pump so very pleased - would recommend. Shipping took 4-5 days which could easily be better.
