Paid for next day delivery and received it the next day. Unfortunately part of the plastic had broken off in transit. I requested a replacement and had an almost immediate response from Colin, Ransom Spares Customer Services. After supplying him with some photos of the broken part he arranged for a replacement to be sent. I received the replacement pump within a couple of days and before they had arranged for the return of the damaged pump by courier, which was picked up direct from my home. Really good communication and helpfulness from Colin throughout. As far as the pump is concerned it is a genuine Ariston part that is a replacement for the broken circulation pump in my Hotpoint SDW80G.C dishwasher. Relatively easy to fit, a mornings job for an ameteur like me including going out to buy three jubilee clips as this replacement doesn't come with clips to secure the rubber hoses. Working well since insulation, all in all a good experience of buying from Ransom Spares and installing this replacement part.
