Ordering and delivery were perfect...problem was that the dishwasher is so old that whilst the part ordered was the correct one shown, the fitting underneath was no longer the same. I had to cut off the fitting from the new one and connect the two hoses together with a jubilee clip. It works fine with no leaks, but was a bit more complicated than anticipated!

Another supplier's website directed me to a generic part that did not fit my dishwasher (at least they gave me my money back). The genuine part was available from Ransom Spares at a much better price than I could find elsewhere. Delivered promptly and as easy to fit as any could be so full marks to Ransom.

Wanted to avoid buying a new dishwasher until we updated our kitchen and this part has enabled us to keep our old Indesit washer going a bit longer and for only £6-ish. initially confused as to which hose to buy as 4 options at different prices available on the website. With a bit of help from Customer Services I bought this one which is an Indesit genuine part and exactly the same as the original that was fitted. Not quite as easy as others have said to fit - on our machine I had to remove the bottom front panel and side to get access but then an easy job to fit providing you have a large pair of pliers to remove/replace the strong hose clip. Overall very satisfied.
