Great product and service
I ordered this part at lunchtime it was delivered the following morning. Help from staff to choose the correct part was brilliant. Part was of good quality and easy to fit . Machine was up and running in no time

Great product - not so easy to fit
Very good quality replacement part. However, the description does not state you need a cable crimping tool, as the old connector needs to be cut off and new cables with connectors need to be crimped onto the old wires. Apart from that, easy to fit if you are okay with DIY.

Not easy to fit
Needed crimpers to crimp wire, this wasn't mention when ordering. Could have had wire already crimped on one end.

Quick & easy to fit
Found the door lock I needed on the Ransom Spares website. Watched the online video they have on how to replace the door lock. I odered the lock & within a couple of days the door lock had arrived, it only took me 5 mins to fit. I was well pleased with the lock & the quick service that Ransom Spares provided. If I need anything else I will deffinately check out their website aagin. Thank you for excellent service Ransom Spares.

Easy to fit and identical to original
Ordered this over the Christmas break as the dishwasher door catch broke on Christmas Day (typical!). It arrived after the break and was very easy to fit. Simply unscrewed the inside of the door, unscrewed the original catch and unplugged it. Screwed in the replacement, plugged it in and screwed the inside of the door back on. It took all of 5 minutes from start to finish.
