Great product
Order process easy and product delivered ok. Packaging fine. Part itself not he easiest to fit (needed to take back off appliance to unfasten 2 fiddly nuts where most upper / grill elements are removable from within the oven cavity) but thats down to Zanussi design and not Ransom Spares. So far so good with the quality. Would use Ransom spares again.
