Excellent Service/Delivery and part is quite straightforward to change.

Fitted in so easy worked a treat smelt funny on start up but that’s with every element when first turned customer was very pleased

The part arrived quickly and with the help of the video was easily installed. The only tool required was a screwdriver but pliers help with the electrical connections. The part was an exact match for the broken element The first thing to do is remove the oven door to prevent lots of stretching. Refitting this door was the hardest part.

The part was easy to identify on RansomSpares' website. It arrived promptly as promised. The part was good quality and it fitted well (after a rather tricky access had been achieved inside the oven, because of the oven design, not the part), and it worked perfectly after fitment.

Looking at the part on the web and in the oven they appeared identical, even all the fittings were there. This made the job so easy and satisfying. Removing the original connectors loosened them slightly and so on refitting they needed a slight squeeze with pliers.
