good product, not easily fitted however excellent quality once fitted and has worked well since.

Correct product delivered and product arrived quickly but boxes damaged fortunately product was fine No fan blade. But oven now working well. Noise stopped. Reasonable price.

My Zanussi fan oven was starting to make some ungodly noises recently - it sounded like a light aircraft was taking off each time I switched the thing on. After taking the oven apart and checking each moving part (and ruling out vibration as an issue), it transpired that my fan motor was faulty. I had a look online at several companies and found Ransom to be cheaper than anyone else (plus, I'd ordered from them in the past to replace a heating element on the same oven 2 years previously - which is still working perfectly). What I loved about it is the fact that they have the how-to videos that walk you through, step by step, how to swap out your old part for your new - so there were no nasty surprises. At a cost of just over £45 inc P&P, it's far, FAR cheaper than the almost £400 (inc fitting and removal of old overn) for the cost of a replacement oven (mine is 50cm, not the standard 60cm, so there's far less choice when it comes to replacing my oven). Overall am happy as a pig in s**t that my cooker is working again as it should for a fraction of the cost of what I thought it would take to fix it.
