Ordered part 2pm was here with me within 24 hrs. Easy to fit and all working

Packaging was poor with the heavy motor free to fall about and the fan was slightly bent on the motor, easily fixed but it would have been noisy if not spotted before reassembly. Cooker easy to take out but heavy. Fan easy to fit with help of youtube video. Easier with a ring spanner for the many nuts. Quiet running and works fine.

Just after Christmas the fan in our oven packed in, I went to a local repair shop only to find they were closed for 10 days over holiday period, then while doodling on computer I came across Ransoms web site and watched their demonstration video on how to fit a new fan, it seemed very easy so took a chance and ordered a new fan from Ransoms did the job myself in about 30 minutes saving about £70.00 in call out and labour charges. the fan was delivered within a few days at reasonable cost so well done Ransoms and thank you and what I would say to everyone is if I can do it I'm sure you can.

Very good value for money compared to the genuine product from whirlpool which cost loads more and did exactly the same as this part. The part fitted very easily on my whirlpool generation 2000 oven. Delivery on time. Would buy again from this site!

This was a 121 replacement part, as described. The fitting was relatively easy once I had removed the oven from the cabinet. This fan is also quieter than the old one which is an added bonus.
