Recognised that I needed the part. Did a quick Google and found Ransom Spares. They sent the part out quickly, it arrived on time and was exactly what I needed. Very satisfied customer and will use again!

The item tends to get broken during the cleaning process when tenants leave, so I have purchased these twice now and also now have a spare ready for the next time. Once the oven door is off, it is just a case of unscrewing a few screws at the base of the door to release both sections of the glass. Take them out and then unscrew the grille trim and put the new one in and then reverse the process. If I can do it anyone can.

Dear Ransom, I was pleased to get this product, but it would not cost you a lot of time or money to provide some simple fitting instructions and the screws needed, and I suggest you do this.

To fit this product you need to remove the oven door, take out the glass (good time to give it a good clean!) fit the flume, then replace the glass and the door. Good communication with Ransom Spares. I will always check here first for spare parts before searching elsewhere.
