Good Morning In terms of the online ordering system and 3 parts I ordered for my Diplomat Oven (Glass, Seal and Hinges) - The site was straight forward and easy to follow and all parts received were correct. However - they took a lot longer to come than I expected which was disappointing - almost 2 weeks and to my knowledge, indication of this lead time is not shown whilst placing the order. I found this to be a quality product, simple to fit as was the original. I was very impressed with the item tracking service, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall rating is because I didn't know the item was out of stock when I placed my order, had to wait a few days longer than expected for delivery, other than that no problems.
