As good as new!!
The element for the grill on my oven/grill combo kept tripping the fuse box when I went to use it. I was doubtful that I would be able to get a new unit, but I found Ransom Spares on line after a quick search. With this being the case I ordered a new element for the grill. Part arrived sooner than predicted, so that was a bonus!! Only downside, Royal mail had obviously been a little heavy handed with it at the sorting office...once I'd straightened it out and tested it prior to fitting, my oven/grill was as good as new again. I know nothing lasts forever, but this is the first time it's let me down in 14yrs. I've book marked Ransom Spares, having found them reasonably priced and great for delivery time. Happy to write a good online review for a product for a change!!!!

We need to replace the grill upper element (Neff U1722NOGB/03, part ref RS47036). For this particular item, will we need to dismantle the oven in order to disconnect and re-install? Thanks.
Hi Brian, thanks for your question. I'm afraid we aren't supplied with fitting instructions for specific ovens, so I wouldn't be able to confirm. We have a video guide on replacing a grill element which should give you an idea of what needs to be done, but as it's not for your model it won't always be the same.
