Ordering and delivery was easy and straightforward, arrived in 3/4 days. Item seems ok and it works as it should. However, the flat spade electric connectors come out of the back of grill at right angles rather than as original grill which are at a slight angle. The purpose of the angle is apparent when you make the connections because the exposed metal crimps on the incoming spade end of the electric wires very nearly touch the metal casing of the oven and therefore pose a serious electric shock threat. I bent the grille connectors out to the side and wrapped them in insulating shrink wrap sleeve but it was not just a straight reconnect existing wires. Whether it will last as long as the original (17 years) only time will tell but it does the job. Useful comment - the oven pyrolitic cleaning function had stopped working, when checking that out I found that the small element of the grill had failed, hence I changed the grill - Oven cleaning now works - result.
