ReplacementNeff warmer drawer. Very expensive but that's Neff for you. Packaging was poor but item survived OK. Delivery was late for a stock item and had to chase it up.

Simple to order. Quick delivery. However, part had a little damage. Mainly due to the poor packaging, which I believe to be BSH who packed it. Drawer was a little bent on the edge. Not a problem, just straightened it out, before fitting. Would have been 5 stars for the service from Ransom Spares.

The item was delivered quickly but box was weak and badly damaged. Luckily part was not. I think it was manufacturers original box . Customer services very helpful

After the first one arrived damaged, the replacement arrived very quickly and in this occasion was extremely well packaged. Thanks we now eat of hot plates again, Fingers crossed it will last
