What are profile rails on ovens?
Ovens include profile rails to easily slide oven racks into and out of the oven cavity. The oven racks slide along these rails while being inserted or withdrawn and they are found on the sidewalls of the oven's interior.
The rails make it easier to load and unload food items and have simple access to them.
Why do you replace it?
When profile rails are used frequently, they begin to twist or have warped sections, loose connections, or rough surfaces. It might be challenging to properly insert or remove racks when profile rails are damaged or out of alignment and compromise the oven's general usage and safety.
The oven racks glide easily and firmly after the profile rails are replaced.

Slide and hide oven door side.
I bought this to repair my parents oven door. Great replacement part. A little tricky to replace the part but thats not the parts fault just the design of the oven door.

SO much cheaper than getting someone to come and fix it
My slide and hide oven door broke on Christmas Day. Fortunately we were able to force it open to get the turkey out! However on examination one of the runners had broken. Found Ransomspares website and was able to find the left sided part. Unfortunately I needed a right sided rail but after a brief email exchange Ransom sent me the correct part. It was difficult to put the door back together but that wasn't Ransom's fault. Good to be able to find the right part and the staff were helpful - definitely use Ransom again if I need replacements.
