Straightforward replacement
Bought as a pair to refurbish Neff oven (beware other sites which only list 1 part, as these are definitely left and right "handed"). Pity these do not come with screws, so forced to use the slightly "greasy" old ones. Nevertheless relatively easy to replace and excellent value vs official site.

Product fit for purpose when corrected
I oredered both the Left and Right hand side hinges, however the incorrect RHS hinge was shipped, hence overal 4 stars. However when I reported the problem I was amazed at how quickly the issue was addressed. I received the correct part the following day. That is excellent customer service. Though I was extremely disappointed to have received the incorrect part in the first place, the efficiency in the manner the issue was resolved puts the disappointment to bed.
