Description
What are profile rails on ovens?
Profile rails on ovens enable smooth and easy sliding of oven racks in and out of the oven cavity. They are usually metal rails located on the sides of the oven interior, and the oven racks glide along these rails when being inserted or removed.
The rails give easy access to food items and simplify the loading and unloading process.

really good replacement
Having gone to the manufacturer I was informed there was no longer any support for replacement parts and would need to replace the oven which was going to be over a £1000. This replacement part from Ransom spares is an exact match and saved the day. Neff don't make it easy to replace but be methodical and it was fitted with no issues.

Exactly what was required.
Problems with courier company meant part arrived two days later than expected. Ransom refunded the express charge immediately, thank you. I didn't bother looking for instructions to fit the part and set about dismantling the door, making note of where everything came from. Installation of the rail was quite simple, the only minor challenge was reconnecting the tensioning cable for the door handle - fat fingers! Whole job done in around 15 minutes and the oven was back in use almost immediately.

Our 8yr old NEFF oven door broke a runner & a google search took me to ransom spares. Part I needed was easily found & for a keen diyer was easy to fit although I did still have the oven manual which covered door removal for cleaning.

The side rail on our NEFF oven dioor had broken on a Friday night and after a search on the internet I found the correct part on Ransom Spares, the price was great so I ordered, the part arrived very quickly and I was able to have our overn back up and running within 3 days including a weekend. The service was fantastic and I could not reccomend them highly enough.

Hi, I have the same question as previous customer. I have a neff B57VS24N0B/08 Hide and slide oven. The left side oven profile rail has broken and I need a replacement part. Not sure which of your Parts are for the left side. I it the RS858741 or the RS858740? Thanks
