New Oven Door Seal
Product was exactly as expected and straightforward to replace a 10 year old seal that had almost disintegrated. The item did take a while to be delivered and I needed to email to find out what was happening, which transpired to be item was out of stock whilst website confirmed in stock when I placed my order. I did receive a prompt response and then the item did follow in the post. I think better communication would have eased my worry that the product was not going to be delivered, in the end I received what I ordered.

Great product
Cooker seal arrived within a few days. It was easy to fit and has efficiently replaced the old seal which was causing the oven to lose heat. Bit pricey for what essentially is a large rubber band but hopefully buying authentic parts will mean it shouldn’t need to be replaced for a while.

Quality part easy to fit
Really easy to fit and is a quality part. My seals were starting to split and figured a new clean seal would look and work so much better.

Exactly what l was afetr
I needed a door seal for my Neff B45E54N0Gb oven. It was amazing how difficuly=t it was to find a genuine part. Generic door seals didn't have the extra clips along the bottom which l felt was important. Ransom spares did the exact genuine part for my oven. It arrived very quickly, was a very competitive price and fitted perfectly. It literally took under 2 minutes to fit correctly. I will use Ransom Spares again

Oven door seal - very easy to fit
Seal is exactly what I needed. Local dealer wanted to charge £40 to fit it, plus the cost of the part. My wife said I should go with the dealer, but I bet her that I could fit the seal in 2 minutes! I won the bet!!!

Neff Oven Door Seal
Yes it is expensive compared to the universal options but it is a like for like replacement with integrated clips in the corners and along the bottom. We had noticed the performance had dropped away due to heat leakage and cooking had become uneven. Our oven has the high temperature oven cleaning function so we didn't want to take the risk of a cheaper option and I have to say, it was a perfect fit and replacing the seal has returned the oven's performance to as good as new. Struggled to find this part elsewhere and Ransom Spares were perfect - good communication, sensible packaging and delivered as promised.
