Quality item but original design is flawed
This is the second replacement hinge I've had to fit to my Neff oven. The replacement part is good quality, but the point of failure on the item is the large spring. On both hinges, the spring broke, and it would be a more sensible option to be able to buy the spring rather than the entire hinge.
