Whilst pleased with the price and the fact that I could actually get a spare for the lamp a oven, the after service has been poor. The website ‘states’ spares are usually delivered within 2 day - I had to wait over a week to receive. When I contacted The company, I was told the spare was not in stock and needed ordering. I was not contacted to tell me this fact. Also, I strongly disagree with charging customers 7 pence a minute for calling their spares hotline - they always put you in a queue and keep you waiting so that they can make money from you - very poor service.
