My original glass bulb cover is broken. What is the measure of the thread across? Mine was approx 43mm, will it be deep enough to fit over the bulb? My Hotpoint cooker model No.is DD2540IX. I recently had to return an order for a cover that was only 33mm across. Thank you.

Hi Mike, I can confirm this is the correct neon lamp cover for the fascia panel on your model. The lamp cover inside the main oven is only available complete. This is our part number RS8275.
