Improved oven function, bread baking especially
This was quick and easy to fit, I was surprised what a difference it made in stability of oven temperature, the bread is rising better, and the kitchen is no longer like a sauna because the heat stays in the oven where it should be. Also the dials above the oven door are not hot to the touch from the oven heat. I should have done this sooner. And you can tell the seal is better, door now has suction as it closes.
