Ordered the part late on a Thursday night & item was dispatched next day for delivery midday Saturday, fits onto oven and operates well. Was quite skeptical about ordering at first considering the price and I'd not heard of the website before however I'm quite pleased with the overall experience and quality of product received. I'll be back here in future in the unfortunate event anything else breaks. Only downside is the delivery courier, name begins with H - Notorious for bad service despite being fine in this instance, will always have that slight worry in future though.
