Hi When this switch is faulty will it stop the oven igniting at the desired reglo setting knob 1 to 9 ! my cannon will ignite at reglo setting number 1 and then fails to ingnite again untiil number 6 on the reglo switch upwards is selected ,other that that the oven operates perfectely You help would be appreciated Kind regards PSG

Hi Philip, I'm afraid we can't be sure this would fix the issue. I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can advise.
